Job description:

Purpose of the Job

To govern customer data on the CRM system, ensure standardized policies and procedures for the maintenance of a healthy customer cycle.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure SLA achievement of CRM platform management requests received from the business in collaboration with relevant cross functional teams
  • Ensure healthy customer life cycle time through timely actions on lead assignment and account opening
  • Ensure CRM system adoption by equipping the commercial teams with the necessary knowledge through trainings
  • Ensure continuity of customer data integrity in the system
  • Oversee the creation of Non – financial CRM reports
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely corrective actions
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure adherence to CRM and data standards to ensure customer integrity at all times
  • Conduct market research and gather related information needed to drive growth and improve processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree needed (Master’s degree desirable), Engineering degree advantageous
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
  • Cloud Service management services experience – needed
  • Expertise in Tableau, Power BI (or similar) and data visualization tools desired
  • Experience in Sales and CRM Process Design desired
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally at a global scale
  • Strong analytical skills and Capability to interpret data
  • Customer Centricity and keen attention to detail
  • English Language Proficiency needed
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills needed
  • Team management experience needed
