About Your Role And Responsibilities

Your tasks & responsibilities:

As a Senior Growth Marketer at Stryber you will…

  • Design and implement growth strategies for our startups using all known marketing channels
  • Define, validate and monitor KPIs
  • Obtain customer feedback through online and offline surveys
  • Create landing pages, creatives, and much more independently
  • Set up and monitor A/B tests through different channels
  • Develop customer journeys and requirements for the product development
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to optimize user experience
  • Optimize the different channels to improve conversion rates and acquisition costs in addition to the acquisition of higher quality traffics
  • Collect and analyze to identify patterns, trends, and user behavior
  • Drill into data and translate it to actionable insights, continuously looking for new growth opportunities
  • Be part of a venture team, that acts like the company is theirs and goes the extra mile to achieve the best outcomes
  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of the entire growth team. As a senior you are a role model for the rest of the team

About You

  • Proven track record as the sole owner of the Growth role of B2B / B2B2C business models
  • Very strong strategic capabilities especially in regards to Sales and G2M
  • Excellent skills in both experimental and optimization Growth techniques paired with a Growth hacker mindset
  • Deep understanding of relevant and opportunistic tactics across the customer lifecycle
  • Masterful driver of inbound and outbound tactics with relevant framework exposure, e.g. ABM
  • Broad knowledge of the digital environment (UX, omni-channel marketing, analytics, CRO, storytelling, copywriting, email marketing, sales, lead generation, retention, A/B testing, creative assets, CMS/Unbounce/etc.)
  • Ability to test hypotheses without having to develop elaborate features
  • Focus on the entire customer journey from awareness to retention
  • Passion for building and scaling digital products and services
  • High level of independence, finding creative solutions, and result orientation
  • Natural affinity for data analysis, general analytics, reporting and data-driven deductions
  • Familiarity with working with hypotheses and OKRs
  • Strong bias towards getting things done efficiently
  • University degree and 6+ years of professional experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment like high-growth startups, or founding experience
  • Exceptional work ethic, flexibility, communication skills with a big appetite hunger to grow professionally and personally
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
  • Prior experience in building and leading other individuals or teams
  • Fluent in Arabic and English

Bonus points if you have:

  • First hand experience as a (co)founder of a start-up, ideally paired with building and leading a high impact (Growth) team
  • Strong delivery on high responsibility / accountability roles with limited to no guidance
  • Relevant track record in working in interdisciplinary and autonomous teams
  • Deep knowledge of common B2B sales tools incl. CRMs and business networks
  • Further interdisciplinary experience in relevant (pre-) seed stages of start-ups, e.g.business operations, product discovery & management
  • Strong preference for automation and for leveraging AI tools
  • Arabic as mother tongue, deep professional experience in MENA
