Commercial Bank of Kuwait is looking to hire: a Senior Legal Counsel – Legal Division

-Supervises subordinate support for all litigation work, including their contributions in all aspects of legal research, discovery, depositions, motion practice, brief writing, trial work, appellate work, and amicus briefings.

-Is able to develop and maintain own litigation caseload, while monitoring and advising on the caseload of subordinates.

-Assists in reviewing pleadings, briefs, letters, presentations, and other legal work products.

-Helps maintain the tool/vehicle that tracks work and prepares Monthly/Quarterly reports for Executive Management and BOD.

-Assists in handling, reviewing, and preparing litigation work for transactional documents including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, credit agreements, and associated ancillary documents.
