Key Areas of Responsibilities:
· Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages customers to take actions.
- Work across social media platforms
- Being able to brain-storm and lead the creation video content ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools and applications.
- Handle community management on a daily basis within specific times.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Suggest and implement new creative campaigns to develop brand awareness.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the social media metrics, insights and best practices.
- Ability to Create and write stylish, quirky content .
- Analyze, review, and compile reports on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
- Collaborate with other departments (CRM, content/blog, customer service etc) to co-ordinate actions.
- Increase own scope by learning more about other marketing channels.
- Brief the copywriter on content strategy and able to write ad-hoc level captions in both English and Arabic whenever needed.
- Having design skills is a big plus.
- Ability to work with different social media tools.
- Manage social media engagement during events
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Report on the brand’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly social media performance to Social Media Manager.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Ensure the social media copy across formats and channels has a consistent tone of voice
- Photography Skills is a big plus
Professional Requirements:
- Experience in Cosmetics & Beauty field is a must,
- Must be bilingual (Fluently speaks and writes in Arabic and English).
- Holds Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent certificate.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in social media.
- Outstanding proofreading and editing skills.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes as well as tools and practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills specifically committing to tight deadlines.
- Experience with Designing & photoshop & illustrator is a Must
- A creative and keen eye for details and quality checks.
