Main Purpose

We are looking for a social media specialist with a passion for social media and a proven track record of delivering social media campaigns. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns and will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all social media activities are aligned with marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and campaigns
• Plan, create, publish, review, and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections.
• Create and implement social media plans, including branding guidelines, target demographics, and messages.
• Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the companys social content.
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media, best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign,
• Come up with creative campaigns on social media to generate high-quality leads and increase app traffic and conversions.
• Manage and execute the monthly calendars, world days, and trends
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Organizing influencer contracts and coordinating payments of commissions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
• From 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient understanding of social media, including social media administration,content curation,(paid) advertising
• Share walaplus’s mission, achievements, and vision through LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
• Research, maintain and expand Wala plus’s social media channels, LinkedIn, Google+, and Pinterest.
• Experience with managing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, and more Proficiency with Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule content.
• Develop online and in-person marketing strategy for walaplus.
