  • Excellent communicationskills and customer management skills
  • 15- 20+ years of deeptechnical expertise in Application Services (AppEngineering, Cloud, DevOps, Engg., Automation etc..)
  • Experience inbuilding/driving large enterprise systems with a deep understanding ofthe technical and operational challenges.
  • Should have driven innovationprograms and articulate the value of these into transformationalengagements.
  • Should have deliveredarchitecture initiatives and showcased clear business efficiency in linewith business strategies. Should have taken end-end responsibility& accountability in terms of architecture.
  • Should have deliveredarchitecture roadmaps and develop delivery blueprints for the technologydesign
  • Should support crafting asolution for one or more large complex deal pursuits simultaneously
  • Experience working withdifferent industries vertical will be considered a plus.
  • Experience in softwaredevelopment effort estimations and software BOQ for complex systems
  • Sales focused – Must begrowth oriented, winning business in new/existing accounts and maximizethe profitability through innovative solution
  • Should have spent last 5years in customer facing roles working with different stakeholders.
  • Should have worked in anyrole which brings various capabilities together to solve complexbusiness or technology challenges.
