Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Create blueprint architecture and technical design documents to communicate solutions that will be implemented by the professional services and Application teams.
Working collaboratively across the organization, lead the development and implementation of integration standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.
Understanding MAF strategic priority projects and initiatives and providing input for developing a roadmap of integration architecture solutions that will deliver on these over the short, mid, and long-term.
Translating the organization’s strategic vision, and expectations into effective technical solutions.
Understanding and communicating technical advances and trends which have the potential to positively impact MAF’s overall enterprise architecture.
Providing professional advice and support to other Solution Architecture on enterprise systems & solutions architecture matters based on experience & expertise.
Manage projects related to Integration Architecture and Governance functions setup as well as the implementation of new Integration services as required.
Understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive the organization’s targeted business outcomes.
Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.
Influence the decision-making at the leadership and executive level through the fact-based data-driven analysis of various solution options (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, rent vs buy vs build, etc.) based on a thorough understanding of the business challenges.
Document all Integration solution architecture design and analysis work.
Consult with application and infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture and identify when it is necessary to modify projects to accommodate the integration solutions architecture.
Minimum experience
10+ years of large-scale ERP platform full cycle solution design and implementation experiences as a functional leader;
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
Strong knowledge of leading practices and ERP solution capabilities for the in-scope business processes, including finance, procurement, supply chain management, manufacturing, quality management, logistics, and order to cash
Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
Minimum Qualifications/education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
Functional/Technical Competencies
Architect, design, develop, and support business solutions leveraging the latest versions of SAP, preferably SAP Databases and Analytical technologies.
Ensure Solution is successfully handed over to operational team.
Should have good Hands-on experience in in any of the ERP platform (AX Dynamics, Oracle Fusion, Oracle JD Edward or Oracle Fusion) Enterprise platform
Provide best practices on how to document the solution build on any of the ERP platform
Should have done at least two implementations on above mentioned ERPs platform
Provide guidelines and best to the business audience
Understand Hyperscalers like AWS, MS Azure, and GCP and the broader integration patterns of ERP platform integration with other
Recommend and solutions to support business capabilities and complex business scenarios with the objective of integrating ERP solutions with the Procurement system.
Experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations and with a demonstrated expertise in Cloud (e.g. through Solution Management, Consulting, and/or pre-Sales roles)
Work closely with the program management office (PMO) or project management office to ensure the execution of plans corresponds with what is being promised.
