The Role

The Student Recruitment & Admissions Manager is responsible for student outreach, national KSA and regional public engagement, student recruitment campaigning, student database management, candidate selection, candidate referral to learning institutions, and selection and management of vendors as needed.


  • Acting as the business owner for critical enrolment processes and systems, including enrolment requests and enquiries, academic progress processes, enrolment information, and enrolment services in websites and IT systems
  • Providing expert policy advice and being responsible for maintaining the accuracy of student records as they relate to enrolment processes
  • Generate interest in relevant KSA stakeholders in NEOM industry learning opportunities
  • Collect application on scholarships portal, where students fill out their profile on
  • Create and manage a NEOM talent database

Stakeholder Management

  • Build network of relationships with key Media Industries Sector and industry partner stakeholders to increase hiring and enhance supervision of student employees.
  • Identifying and driving business process improvements and identifying and influencing opportunities to improve recruitment, retention, and the student experience in partnership with other senior stakeholders
  • Selecting the best partners for NEOM MEC
  • Define NEOM eligibility criteria for selection for each program in line with the overall objectives, type of program, etc.
  • Submit the eligible talent profiles to the partner institution for the partner institution to process in line the eligibility criteria
  • Oversee and support the selection process if / as needed
  • Create communication channels for selected / unselected applicants
  • Transfer the selected profiles to the Welfare team in coordination with the NEOM program manager
  • Identifying and driving business process improvements and identifying and influencing opportunities to improve recruitment, retention and the student experience in partnership with Industry Learning stakeholders
  • Act as point of contact for NEOM sectors and industry partners relating to student sourcing


  • Selection vendors through framework agreements or RFPs (as needed)
  • Managing the vendor relationships
  • Evaluation of the vendor performance and adjusting as needed
  • Create a NEOM prospective student database
  • Manage leads from NEOM job fairs and attend external events
  • Conduct interviews with prospective students, students that drop out or do not register despite admissions offer to help strategy, performance and competitiveness team deliver improvements


  • Assists with office administration
  • Complete relevant paperwork regarding in line with the set standards
  • Finalization documentation
  • Work with Human Resources, Finance, Procurement and other departments to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain offline and online filing and administration systems.
  • Work with Director to ensure alignment with sector and department objectives.
  • Maintain database of prospective students for outreach

Skills And Experience

  • Relevant experience (such as graduate recruitment or vocational technical education recruitment) or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education – preferably with a tertiary institution in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including public speaking engagements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to meet and deal effectively with others and provide superior customer service.
  • Ability to counsel Saudi students.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of office and program management.


Further education certification in Student Affairs Administration, College Student Personnel, Higher Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, or related field is preferred.
