Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our business. We are looking for an innovative and hands-on leader to drive recruitment efforts across the Nestlé Waters business in Saudi Arabia. Your role will be to ensure we are able to bring the right talent on board quickly and effectively ensuring whilst positioning Nestlé as an employer of choice in the market.

A day in the life of…

  • Lead the Nestlé Waters KSA Talent Acquisition Strategy, and partner with HRBPs and the local leadership team to build workforce plans to meet business needs while contributing to key strategic initiatives such as YOUth, D&I and Saudization.
  • Provide Talent Acquisition expertise and insights to senior management on external talent market trends and insights to help drive recruiting strategies and to manage expectations.
  • Effectively lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver effective recruitment services while meeting respective KPIs (Time to fill, Quality of Hire, Candidate Experience…)
  • Develop clear picture of NW KSA’s Employer Brand and leverage various communication channels to establish NW KSA as an employer of choice.
  • Nestlé needs YOUth (NNY): Design and lead the YOUth strategy for NW KSA to achieve market commitments through local partnerships and executing initiatives to enhance employment opportunities for youth.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Previous people leadership experience
  • Delivery focused with an execution mindset
  • Ability to leverage a pre-existing network of candidates and contacts in the market as well as the ability to convert potential talent to candidates.
  • Experience working with technological providers (ATS providers, various Social Media platforms, and other digital sourcing channels)
  • Worked within a Matrix environment, achieving results through effective influencing and collaboration skills
