Overview Of The Role
A&M is rapidly growing in the Middle East and seeking to hire a KSA national Talent Acquisition Resourcer. This role is an integral part of the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team and will look to focus and support the Middle East on all their recruitment needs while working with team members across the UK and Europe. As A&M look to continue to grow and develop our service offerings within in the region, this opportunity will be based in our Riyadh office covering different recruitment campaigns across the Middle East.
You will be reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager in Dubai and support the TA team with effective and timely assignment delivery across all business unitsAs TA demand is very dynamic in terms of requirements and collaboration with the wider business, it is essential that the successful hire has a ‘can do’ approach when tasked with duties associated with other lines of business from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support/facilitation of the entire recruitment cycle from initial briefing to advert writing, candidate identification, headhunting, screening, interviews and offer
- Conduct research into target organizations (predominantly the ‘Big 4’ – KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY and other specialist firms) and industry sectors
- Attending local career fairs and working closely with universities and educational institutions to identify top talent
- Coordinate and execute a local internship program
- Identify candidates across competitors for specialist senior and junior roles. Approach suitable candidates and qualify against agreed competencies and criteria for each vacancy
- Assist Managers in drafting advertisements and screening ad responses
- Build relationships to gain candidate referrals from senior individuals (internal and external)
- Communicate and update candidates during assignments
- Maintain up to date knowledge and awareness of all available candidate identification tools (LinkedIn, social media, company websites) as well as proactive networking for additional candidate leads
- Capture and maintain accurate market and candidate information on Alvarez & Marsal’s internal knowledge systems (Workday and Jobvite)
- Produce accurate and timely reports in preparation for update meetings, progress updates etc.
The Requirements
We are looking for people who have:
- KSA Nationality
- Demonstrable recruitment experience (consultancy or in-house) in a fast-paced, professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Arabic & English, both written and oral is essential
- Diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in business/management, human resources, organizational behaviour or similar disciplines is preferred but not essential
- Strong resourcing skills (LinkedIn, Social Media and other networks)
- Track record of recruitment innovation and creativity
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information at maximum discretion
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in an internal HRIS system such as Workday is a significant plus.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, detail-orientated, and able to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables
- Hands-on, pragmatic, service orientated and proactive mindset
- Absolute attention to detail & strong organisational skills, including a sense of accuracy
