A reputable company located in Amman – Jordan requires immediate Hiring Managed Services Officer

Job Description: His job will be to provide the needed technical support to maintain the computer systems, both hardware and software, and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.

Responsibility:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and network.
• keep systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Follow diagrams and the instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Reporting to the Managed Services Manager.

Skills:
• Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
• The ability to work well in a team.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
