– Approach potential suppliers to scale supply network and sign agreements with them
– Arranging operations set up for new projects (capture requirements and coordinate with stakeholders
– Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance reporting
– Monitor suppliers’ performance and adherence
– Ensure quality of service by performing quality checks
– Forecasting and manpower planning
– Planning traffic and zone distribution with corrective actions
– Build SOPs
– Contributing in build system requirements (dashboards – heatmaps) to be able to manage supplier’s network
