About the role:
In this role, you will be part of a collaborative kick-off to close. The Solution Delivery Specialist will be working closely with the sales team and responsible for the pre-sales activities to ensure a successful deal closing and take customers from concept to deployment for a successful hand-off to the Customer Experience team. In addition, you will be responsible for the requirement gathering with the business analysis team and part of the system features roadmap.
You will be the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This role holds a high level of independence to lead successful software implementations and support from project kickoff to completion with the transition to the Customer Success team for the on-site projects.
